In the middle of this clip you will see quite possibly the worst decision ever made by a referee in the history of football ! Scottish referee Les Mottram not only misses Dundee United player Paddy Connelly score but then disregards the fact that the partick defender CATCHES THE BALL and hands it to his keeper and instead of giving a penalty waves play on ! Wouldn’t be so bad but that ref was scotlands official fifa referee
