look im not gonna say were gonna win the wc2010, but i think we deserve respect.i just wanna say were a good team and anything can happen and ive got nothing but respect for spain or any other country we play.
I mean look at us against Belarus, yeah we beat them handidly but their players had good technique and there was phases in the matches where we were struggling to get the ball off them. However it might play into our hands if US tries to play agressively against us.
If us English have another 2006 WC then I can see the US beating us. I know they don’t have the talent we have, but its almost as if the US play more of a Premier League agressive, fast-paced style then we do on national level. Our players don’t have the technical ability of a Spain, Argentina or Brazil where each players seems to have time on the ball. We just string together straight passes. I want to see the Euro 2004 style back where we played with passion instead of nerves.

I am not going to say that the U.S is going to win the WC……but your just ignorant if you dont believe that the U.S can compete on an international level.
Does everyone just forget about 2002 WC ( we where completely robbed) but we would have had a legitimate shot at the semi-finals. Bad showing in 06, but the feds cup was no fluke you beat arguably the best international team in history in a cup match, then go up on brazil 2-0 in the fist half of the next game.

“Cup Of The Americas” or maybe NorCenCarSur or NCCS Cup (this one sucks). But who wants to play anymore with these mediocre teams of Concacaf? Make then eliminate between eachother and only one, plus USA and Mexico, should go to play the Copa America every time.
