Sorry for what happend to the Togolese Team..maybe you are right to blame on the the Angolan government.
However, some blame goes to the Togolese football association in letting the football national team travel through an area who is known for clashes/conflicts.
They(Togo) ignored the warnings in not traveling through Cabinda by bus, instead they were to use the plane.

@Cypha1 Same government that does not regulate proper management of country riches and inequity when it comes to redistribution of wealth and income arising from oil and other exploits; which creates unrest and dissidents and rebel groups. as always some African governments believe in pushung everything under the rug and not addressing issues to avoid annoying their masters somewhere, where would they have the wisdom of paying attention when rebels gave the warning?

i am togolese and i think the angolan government and the tournament orgnisation should be blame for this. as far as i know the rebells informed the government that they dont want cabinda to be a venue because for them the region is at war. so if you know that maybe they could be attacks,why even choose cadinba as a venue and risk such a tragedy.apperently your government did not take the rebells serious enough.and now its us that have to bury our brothers…VIVE LE TOGO
