I’m a junior in highschool. We don’t have a highschool soccer team but only have the junior high soccer team. My friends and I want to form the highschool soccer team but we don’t know where to start. Please!! tell me what i need to do.

I want to know how the soccer teams like barcelona start the practices, what are the first thing they do. Am coaching a team and I need Dutch soccer style drills also. I want my team to play like Holland and Barcelona. Any ideas? Or people who know from the experiences etc. THANKS!
