I am 11 years old and my school has a soccer team. I want to try out because I love soccer and have a natural talent for it. I heard it is hard to make the soccer team so is there any workouts that I can do to get ready for it? It is really cold and snowy here so I can’t practice outside. Should I bring my soccer ball to the YMCA?

Having never seen the game played at a high level, I am looking for specific tips on how to organize the team, and what the best attacking and defending strategies are in beach soccer… What do the pros or better amateur teams do?
