I’m trying to figure out the longest possible distance a human can throw a football. A co-worker say her Freshman son can throw goalpost to goalpost…I didn’t think that could happen.

My nephew plays for a Jr. Pee Wees football team (ages 8-11)and I wanted to give them each all a halloween sack. They’re in the process of practicing for the playoffs where they’re playing in our state Stadium. Some of the boys need to watch their weight. They can’t go over 105lbs or they won’t play. I had an idea of putting a 12oz gatorade and a trail mix bar in a halloween themed sack. What do you think? Do you have any other ideas that I can include in the pack?

I don’t play team football, just football with friends. So that means no pads and such. I started workin out a while back, but I’m not big yet. Since I’m decently tall, and accurate, I generally play quarterback or reciever. I’m a good corner, but if someone catches it, I have trouble tackling that person down. Sometimes it’s hard to pull them down, and it’s even more difficult if the person isn’t wearing a shirt since they are so slippery.

What are some good tips to improve my tackling?
