I agree. An offensive player looking to make a catch while the defender makes himself into a helmet leading missile is not great. Just a cheap freebie- anyone can do it given the chance. Check out some of Butkus’ hits… most guys he hit were running at him and could see him…

I hate when peopel are claim rugby is more hard core. that is bull shit. It has been proven that NFL player run faster and hit harder than rugby players because they have pads on. the force behind an NFL linebackers hit is liek twice as great as any found in a rugby game
