your vertical. Starting with the basics and as the athlete gets stronger the workout difficulty increases. teaching proper form for power, agility, strength, and stability to increase vertical leap. Eventually gaining the power to dunk a basketball, or high jump, long jump, triple jump..play soccer, football or whatever requires explosive leaping ability.

vol. 1 at 2,37 he shows with one foot, if u do that movement with both feets, you will be of balance – right. As they jump later in the movie with both feet, u cannot really see the dorsi-flextion in action, to the extreme mentioned here, but of course u need to train it anyway.
men…you should watch Vol.I “How To Increase Your Vertical- The Basics” and you ll see how to do that.

At 1:00, “dorsi-flextion”, when u do it to such an extreme in practice u would be standing on u heals, which would mean that u are totally out of balance???
@ DeStorm why are u posting all these videos? are you releasing a program or something for money? or is it just that you are interesting in helping youth basketball players??
i don’t need to run long miles my condition is fine all i need to increase is my vertical and speed and yes i do leg pressing and plyometric exercises

run more run faster run longer and do these exercises that’ s how simple it is but you have to these exercises + things like legg press with weights hamstrings with weights etc than you have strengt+recistance and thats what u need to jump higher
i think 2 or 3 maybe 4 atleast 1 tho
how much will this increase my vertical if i do part 1 and 2 for 3 weeks i have never tried to increase my vertical before

Not trying to start anything…but, that’s not true at all. A FULL squat is where you BREAK 90*. Have you not seen or DONE Olympic lifts? I don’t know this guy from Adam, but, clearly, knowing what it takes to do a full one-legged squat is credential enough. He hasn’t told anyone to do anything that could potentially hurt themselves so why are you so concerned with the letters behind his name? Proof is in video.
on his profile he said he was a track and field specialist and a trainer.
I’m am extremely sure. If you have ever squatted with weights they always tell you never go past 90*. I feel like he is not qualified to be a physical trainer or anything close based off of his videos. If you know of any of his credentials please let me know. Not to say I haven’t picked up some good ideas from some of his videos.
