Just look at every successful sports star...they played all the time! To be successful in America, fitness is a major part of the college soccer scene. I would suggest asking for a fitness guide and make sure you pass all the fitness tests with flying colors at the start of preseason. To go pro, especially to get drafted into the MLS, you need to stand out...so work your ass off until you are better than everyone else! Play soccer, 1v1, 3v3, 11v11, whatever, all the time!
