Leeds get a lot of good players from the academy Delph, Milner and lennon there is also Howson but he is not as good as the other 3
I think that Delph could definitely do as good as Lennon, if he continues to have good coaching. He will definitely get that from O’Neill, who I rate extremely highly as a manager. I think Lennon was more of a starlet by the time he was probably 17, whereas Delph has been genuinely noticed by 18/19, probably down to where we are (League 1). And as a Leeds fan (Australia), I’m happy that he went to a team like Villa.

he’ll be nothing more than average I rekon. I remember when Sean Davis was playing for Fulham in the Championship and he completely tore that league up and I thought he was gonna be great in the Prem but he wasn’t, nothing more than average…we’ll see.

I don’t think many other mangers could get the best out of him, but i think o’neil is the man for the youngsters, just a shame he does’nt splash a bit of cash out for some outstanding players…
