you cannot be strong and have weak legs they are too big and too great of a muscle i know huge guys at 6ft3 or more who carry a lot of weight that dont work out who can outrun other people due simply to big legs and strength you cannot be strong but unable to run more than one mile and muscle does not weigh more than fat 1 pound of muscle weighs the same as 1 pound of fat they both weigh 1 pound. or to be accurate they both have a mass of 1 pound as weight can change given environment.

actually yes, my strength may be more in other parts of my body then my legs, and muscle weighs more than fat, so what you say is completely incorrect, besides you can determine my capabilities just from a comment that im not much of a runner.
