While it is true that Cloughie didn’t win any European trophies of any note, how many managers could boast of taking two clubs, both fierce rivals from forgotten clubs of the second division to the top of the First division. or all the fans out there who don’t realise it (or who only know of the Premier League) this would be like Alan Shearer taking Coventry to the top of the Premier league and then into Europe, I would like to see many managers do that now
