Alabama Football vs Florida Gators 2009 in the SEC Championship Game, Atlanta, GA, December 05, 2009. Bandwagon Heaven! Flame and Troll in the comments! ROLL TIDE! For the record – I do not have any harsh and/or angry feelings towards UF or anyone associated. I have much respect for the Florida Gators. Here we go again with talk about Bama’s national titles. I just can’t figure out why other fan bases always try to dispute them. If the Gators want to claim 1984, then go ahead. If Auburn wants to claim 2004, then go ahead. It wont break my heart. Michigan claims a title from 1901 for christ sake. Georgia Tech from 1917. Norte Dame from 1924. Lets go SEC in the bowl games and lets bring two BCS trophies home
Damn Straight……NCAA consensus says Bama has 7 titles.
The NCAA Consensus is that you have 7 National Titles…..you look it up! You are only bested by Notre Dame with 8 National Titles. The only people that believe in these “12″ Titles live in Alabama. That still does not take away from your storied program. As a matter of fact…..the winningest National Title Holders are Princeton….with like 26 titles….but they are not NCAA consensus Titles K?

auburnsks Are you joking? Are you saying that Alabama ran the score up? You must not remember last year when Alabama took a lead in the 4th quarter and Florida came back and won the SEC championship. This isn’t called running the score up. It’s called a team that has learned how to finish games and put together 60 minutes of hard nosed knock out football. This Tide team is hungry and can hurt any other team.
@beaueiland No need. I see them every time I go into our Museum, which the NCAA allows us to have and claim. It is a violation of NCAA rules to claim and/or advertise false information about any type of a title. You can look that up in the Official NCAA Rule Book.

relax bud if Gators win the Sugar Bowl it isn’t next to the NC the BCS is the next great thing so no it’s not a major loss to the season if the Gators win the Sugar bowl bud and worry about the future next season it will be there…. what Meyer has done for the University of Florida since he came here is a amazing and Tebow will finish the season stop being so damn arrogant…. as a fan base most of are fans have become so selfish look what we have accomplished… just let it go… sheesh

ur kidding right?WOW,but anyway if im meyer i get brantley the same reps in practice 1st and second team..then right before the game tell brantley he’s starting.Why not?It would be a great move because in a lose/lose game what harm can it do to prepare him for next year?Of course bring tebow in for a few series,but the future is more important.Meyer HAS to do this,its a no lose situation,brantley needs a big game before next year.
